I can't figure out why I'm getting these errors. This is a part of my overall assembly that is causing the error. When I set the pivot tube to rigid, I have zero problems. When I change the tube to flexible, it says that there is a problem with my mates. The only mates I've got are 2 concentric, and 1 coincident. When I suppress one of the concentric mates, it works fine, but then the part won't be solid like it needs to be. Also, when I only have one turned on and I line up the other holes, it says that the holes are coaxial, but when I try to constrain it, it all goes yellow and red.

Any ideas on why this is?
