hi , is this error related to the User profile, and hes allowed products?
no products are assigned to your Solidworks ID

was just going to comment the same thing John, you beat me to it.
Maybe the techs at Solidworks are coming here to ask those that actually use and know the software how to fix it.

I learned my lesson long time ago that you don't take a gulp of coffee before you check all the messages on the Forum, my coffee would have went beyond the screen - lololol - that's a good one
Don't share that kind of information....edit the picture with paint! (no serial numbers on it)
Send one ticket to your VAR
first log in to your solids portal at my solidworks .com then go to admin portal its under your name on the web page , then click on your name and make sure under assigned products you have some number there other than zero. click on your licence and under assigned change it to the letter Y (Y means a product is assigned to you )
then if you still can not log in after going to my solidworks .com and confirming that you have a product there assigned to you you can fix the log in problem by going to your local drive here C:\Users\CAD\AppData\Local\SolidWorks\Credentials
and delete the file named ud then log in again with your user id and password and everything should be OK
