Having trouble with my BOM. There's about 100 distinct parts and everything is good except for one part.

it is a switch that has multiple configurations depending on panel thickness. I have two instances of this switch which is displaying two line items in the BOM when it should be one line item with a quantity of two. Both of these switches of of the SAME configuration. Other configurable parts work just fine. For example I have a ton of rivets, MS20426 with configurations for different lengths. I don't have 100 line items, just one line items for -4 lengths and one line item for -5 lengths.

My BOM properties is as below, which has worked fine. What could be up with this switch which refuses to play nicely?
