Configure Feature is giving a message like this. Even though I uninstalled SWX2018 and installed 2019. How to get rid of this?
You can edit them manually.
I can see you still have path pointing to 2017: Costing Template.
I believe the one you need to change now is: Custom Property Files.
You can change all 20xx to 2019.
Make sure there is a folder.
If you or other changed files in older version, you may need to make the change in 2019 also.
Don't try to change Search Paths. They are from Windows indexing. You can't change them.
Try System Options -> File Locations -> Edit All
Make sure everything is pointing to 2019.
How to do that?
You can see after uninstalling SWX 2018 remnant folders are still there. Is there any software to get rid of all SWX 2018 folders and install 2019 to get rid of these type of issues?
You don't need to delete the folder and files.
You need to change the file location settings. Not rename the folders.
Click on the New Path in Edit All and change 2017 to 2019, 2018 to 2019.

I haven't used it, and it's several years old, but https://www.javelin-tech.com/blog/2013/08/complete-uninstall-of-solidworks/ might work.
Issue is 2019 using 2018 settings.
Did you save and restore settings from 2017,2018?
I do the same and change File Locations.
I have 2018 and 2019 installed.
The new Synchronize Setting allow restore without File Locations.
You might want to look in system options>File Locations. Select Custom Property Files from the drop down and note the folder.
