I recently got my laptop back from Lenovo after a warranty repair, and since I have received it back, Solidworks will usually crash as soon as I attempt to create anything within a sketch, even a single line, majority of the time it will crash when creating the first line, however sometimes it will only crash after the second or third line, however I am never able to finish a sketch before it crashes. Opening a sketch in an existing file will cause it to crash straight away most of the time as well. When it crashes, Solidworks stops responding, and then the reporting window pops up allowing me to restart Solidworks or send the crash report.
Before this Solidworks ran perfectly without any crashes.
Some extra info if you guys need:
I am running Solidworks 2017-2018 Student Edition
Laptop: Lenovo X1 Yoga 1st gen
The whole system board was replaced when I sent it back to Lenovo, however nothing else has crashed, just Solidworks. Other 3d design programs run fine, games run okay.
Tried reinstalling Solidworks, also reinstalled windows, both did not help.
