How do I change the time steps so I can simulate a 15 minute warm up study so it doesn't take three days to run?

I see that you can manually specify timesteps under the Calculation Control>Solving tab I think.
Using this keeps the convective terms constant over the freeing period and lets the diffusive terms catch up. So you don't want to use it on some flow where some eddy is shedding back and forth. If your problem fits with this you are likely good to go. I would use the program time step and set the saving time step. In the past at any rate the program would take too large a time step and you would have no resolution. See how that goes before you start manually setting time steps.
