I recall that there used to be drivers for the old Quadro 2000 but can't seem to find it on Solidworks Video Card driver website anymore. Did they recently remove/stop supporting it?
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Is that a Dell Precision T3500?
Is that a Quadro K2000, Quadro M2000, or Quadro P2000?
Are you only searching certified drivers, or tested drivers as well?
(EDIT: Also, what year of software are you looking to match it with?)
Not enough information to answer your question. Carnac the Magnificent may be of more help.
Didn't expect a quick reply from anyone, so appreciate the quick buzz!
Yes, this is the Dell Precision T3500 with a Quadro 2000. No there are no letters before or after it and I've searched both tested (comes out to 0) and certified drivers.
Just as Shawn pointed out below, they seem to have removed all Quadro's without a letter in front. That is what prompted a forum post
List of Nvidia graphics processing units - Wikipedia
I took a look and am not seeing that either. They seem to have removed all the Quadro card without a letter in front of the model. I'd just grab the most recent driver from nVidia and give it a go.
Exactly! Wasn't sure if SW was no longer supporting the entire line or if I'm just imagining things. But I've searched the forums and still see old 2010-2013 posts about Quadro 2000s and SW versions (although nothing current).
Just trying to do my due diligence and install the "correct" video card driver before we start encountering any weird video issues w/ Solidworks.. because you know, that NEVER happens
