Im looking for any kind of teaching resource eg subtitled tutorials , sign language . anyone help?
The built-in SW tutorials should work just as well for deaf students as the ones that can hear, since there's no audio. I'm not aware of any video tutorials for deaf students, but there may be some.
i guess it's only written material, like books/in built tutorials.
Although not necessarily a learning tool, but mention this forum to your students (deaf or otherwise) as a resource as well, more so for topic-specific issues.

As Mr. Schroeder mentioned about the SW tutorials, the content here is principally without audio.
I have seen some videos on YouTube that are "no audio" videos. Some have sub-titles, some don't.
SolidProfessor used to be just like the Solidworks tutorials, no audio required. I don't know if it is still that way. It may be a good resource.
