    How do you remove or add licenses to your profile?

      Hello all,

       

      I could not find the solution for this seemingly simple question.  I recently changed companies and need to remove the license connected to my account and replace it with my new license.  In the customer portal I have filed a request for the company information change but see no options for the license.  On the page linking the license ("My Products") there seem to be no buttons I am able to interact with, it just shows my existing linked (old) license.  I want to remove this so whoever fills my previous role will be able to connect to the license and add my new license.

       

      Any assistance would be appreciated, thank you.
