I have not opened your SW file, but judging from your screenshot I'd say this.
Fix the green portion in place. Constrain the arms fully except for rotation about this axes. Mate the orange "slider" with a "limit distance" mate to mimic its desired travel. Place a coincident mate between the contact surfaces of the slider and arms, you'll want to mate to one face and either a point or edge on the other since their relationship will change as the slider moves. See my screenshot for suggested mate entities.
Thanks first.
but when i Place a coincident mate between the contact surfaces of the slider and arms it stops moving and says it is fully constrained.
Does the slider still move? Be sure to use a face and edge(or vertex), not face to face for the contact surfaces.
Another thing to note is that some times SW gets "sticky" when you are trying to create motion. All of a sudden things will not move as you expect. You may need to use CTRL-Q or even reload the document to get things to "un-stick". This is not always the case, but sometimes the software get confused.
You can place a coincident mate between the edge and surface shown below. That will work up until the point where the surfaces are coincident. After that they still move together, but there is interference (see last screenshot).
