I am looking at going to SolidWorks world 2019 but I need a copy of the 2018 technical session list to prove to my company how worth while attending could be. Any one have a copy of the 2018 list or better yet does anyone know the list for 2019?
the session list for 2019 will not be out for a while - not sure about a 2018 list...
the SWW19 session selection process is now open
Is it just me or is the SWW2019 Agenda site not allowing the addition of "Interests" into your current schedule?
According to the instructions for creating your agenda:
"Note: You will only be permitted to schedule one session per timeslot. This will ensure that we have accurate attendance numbers when assigning meeting rooms to sessions. If you have already scheduled a session in a timeslot and try tobook another one, you will receive an error message stating there is a conflict. You will have to resolve the conflict by choosing which session you wish to keep on your schedule. You can, however, add one/more “alternate” sessions in a timeslot by selecting the “Add to My Interests” option."
I can not seem to do this. I find NO “Add to My Interests” option." Anywhere in any of the pages.
If I try selecting another, I will only get a message like this:
No add to Interests option
Don't know who to contact, Maybe Rachel York can help. Tried all the options (right click, left click, different headings and locations).
If I try to add personal time in that time it will not allow it (as it states in the instructions).
Has anyone tried and /or been able to get "alternates" added?
I have done this without issue at previous SWWorlds
I'm looking into this - let you know as soon as I know.
Add to interests should be visible again - please confirm when you get a moment. Thanks!Rachel
it is but a few hands-on are already full with no wait list... Will this change?
Good question! If there is no wait list option, this indicates that the wait list is also already at capacity.

If you go into the "Edit My Schedule" section you can see some hands on sessions that are "Waitlist Available" and others are listed as "Waiting List Full". I suspect (but cannot confirm) that the ones that are "Waiting List Full" are the ones not showing a waitlist.
I would go back often and see if that changes - If people change their schedule and the waitlist reduces enough I would "Guess" that it would open again (but again, I am not sure - just speculating).
You should also go back periodically and be sure a class didn't change schedule or be canceled.

I try to keep it updated on helpful information.
Added to the SolidWorksWorld 2019 FYI Post
that Daniel Herzberg's CAD Monkey dinner details and tickets are now available:
It is listed under the "Things to do in Dallas" section.
Yep, It's working now.
That was fast
As always - Thanks Rachel

This is a old letter but would be quite useful Convince Your Boss to Send You to #SWW17 with our Justification Letter!
the 2019 list is available, I also just sent them to my employer.
