I have an issue with the PDM copy tree settings. I have configured the tool on groups/settings/copy tree to set some variables.

I set my file type and my variables to update, all the users of the group are updated ans everybody is happy

But sometime this settings reboot to blank and I don't know why ?

I don't exactly when this occur, the users keep their settings but it's annoying when I need to add a new user, the copy tree feature dose not work well with our workflow variables check.

We have PDM pro and SolidWorks 2017 SP05. And I'm the only one to have the admin password.

What the cause of this issue?
