We reacently installed a 2012 Mazak 510C-II with the matrix control. I am looking for a post generator for it. solidworks cam goes through cam works and they provide a program called UPG to create your own post, but there are no settings on how to start creating for a mazak. I have tried creating one using the Fanuc, Siemens, and Mori bases, but none of them post out a file that the matrix control will recognize. I have loaded .EIA programs onto the control before and they work just fine and I can get the post to output a .EIA file, yet the control does not recognize them. If anyone has any suggestions or a the CTL files for this machine, that would be greatly appreciated.
