Are you running Solidworks 2018 SP4.0?
I've checked on SW 2018 SP 4.0 and I'm getting same results as Doug. So definitely issue with your installation OR it could be machine/SP specific.

Try on a different model ore recreate the model and check. If that is also not working correctly then capture the issue using Rx tool and report to your VAR.
I just ran the analysis on a computer that had an older graphics card with old graphics card drivers.
I got results similar to what Maha got (but not quite identical).
I then went to the Solidworks website to find out what the latest certified graphics card driver was for that exact system, downloaded & installed the latest driver, and fired up Solidworks & ran the analysis again. This time it gave the correct results.

Enter your computer information, find the Solidworks Certified Driver for your exact system, and install THAT driver.

Result is same. But site option makes date is different. I do not know why.
The reason the date is different, is because the driver is different. Never use the most current driver. Only use drivers that are certified by Solidworks to work with Solidworks.
As for the continued issue you are experiencing with the Undercut Analysis...report it to your VAR.
I use certified GC by SWX to Windows 10 which is AMD FirePro W4100 Graphics Card - 2 GB. My VAR says he suspects that the AMD GC driver on my machine causing the problem. Can GC driver be a problem? I updated my GC driver as well but no use.
Yes, the graphics card driver can be the problem. As I noted in an earlier post, it did cause the problem for me on one of our workstations. After I downloaded and installed the proper graphics card driver from the Solidworks website, it fixed the problem.
Now it is okay. Couple of days ago I installed SWX 2019 version I pressed the calculate button in the PM it shows correct result. I do not know whether the problems in the version of SWX.

You may need to roll back the GC driver, and then install the correct driver again..due to the fact that you installed a more recent driver that was not SW certified before downloading and install the driver that was SW certified.

I went for clean installation now it is okay. But there is another problem. My Real View Graphics button is inactive. Do you any idea to fix it?

Do you still have "Use software openGL" check-marked in System Options (Performance)?
If so, that is why the RealView button is inactive.
