Hi, I noticed some strange frezzing when doing mates in assemblies. I got roughly 20 mates in assembly and every time I mate something it freezes for 1 second.

(Also happens when I try to rotate assembly it freezes for fraction of a second, then runs buttery smootly. however only after I unpress mouse button and then press again to gain control of movement).

I got i7 3770k and gtx1060 and 16gb of ram.

This however doesn't happen at work where I have slower cpu except I got 2x xeon e5 3,2ghz and quadro m2200 and 16gb of ram. Actually it does happen but only when the assembly is really huge and there are hundreds of mates. What happens then is actually the last mate pops up again with how to mate popup window. If I click esc it will remove the last mate, if I click ok the last mate stays in place.

What causes this and what computer specs contribute to this speed?
