Is free solidworks composer good to create cgm files

We're doing quite a few Solidworks drawings of which upon completion our customer likes a copy in cgm format. Right now I DXF out the files, then I import them in Creo, & then save as cgm. Upon the import into Creo I sometimes lose some things like arrows or arrow shadings etc. that make this not a very good option as I end up doing rework, also in a software I'm not experienced in.

My question is to my understanding Solidworks Composer starting in 2017 allows for the output of CGM files. Is the free version something that's adequate to get files out without excess translation & loss of geometry etc.?

Thanks in advance for any input.
