Flat pattern is different then default file

My flat patern is different with a flat sheet metal file

Did anyone seen this before and how can i solve it?

I agree with Ton Stokman on this. I would go over the dimension and verify it is set to all configurations.

Hi Ton,

Since it's flat in both it would be very odd to be a bend allowance issue. Did you make an alteration to the length dimension of the part in one config and accidentally make it configuration specific?
