When i replace component from an assembly ,saved and closed.
When i re-opened this assembly my changes and replace components are göne.
Assemly is seems like before saving without replacements.
Do you have any idea about this?
I've never seen that. Have you tried saving the Assembly with a different name after replacing the component? It shouldn't be necessary, but it should work. After doing that, if it saved correctly, you can delete the old one and re-name the new one back to the old name if you want.
I saved with different name and it gives same error.
I can't delete the old one because We will Works on network with my coleage. So if i change something it affects lots of things which it won't predictable.
So i can try second way but if it Works i couldn'T use with that way.
Is it possible that your colleague has the same file open and that's why it won't save your changes? As I typed that I realized that if that was the case you should have been able to save it with a different name.
Is it just when you use the Replace Component command that you have problems with changes not saving? If that's the case you might need to just delete the existing component, insert the new one, and mate it instead of using Replace Component.
May be your component is a part of read only sub assembly?
Or, you saved the top level assembly but sub assembly remains untouched?
I solve the problem on from file locations on options.
I added our companies network folder there and try again open the assembly and it Works.
