You can hide only the zeros in the source length or manually write manually.

You can go to Document properties>Units and change Length decimal places to None.
Doesn't this hide the zeros of all units?
Not just the source table.

Yes. It will change the unit precision for whole drawing but then you can manually edit dims if necessary.
If you want to Remove Training Zeros...
Document properties>Tables>Weld, Set Training Zeros to Remove
if you want to change precision...
Document properties>Units, and change Length decimal places to None.
**But as previously stated this is for the whole drawing

This method does not remove numbers larger than zero.

This method hides all the numbers after the point.
for all sizes. If you add a size measure in the technical illustration, the number will not be after the point.
