Hi, don't know how I did this, but I lost my command Manager today.  I checked recent discussions on similar, but it seems my problem is different. When I click on the grey banner at the top, I can see the option to turn it on and off.  However, when I turn it on there's nothing there and when I turn it off, I do get icons down the sides left and right but they're not usable like that, and I can't grab them to move back to the top of the screen - see screendumps attached.  I'm using SW2017 - I removed and reinstalled, no impact.  Please help.
