You can try running with software OpenGL (see the screenshot at Why am I getting weird graphics issues?), but I don't expect good results.
To answer your question about what you're supposed to do: I don't mean to sound harsh, but your best option is to get a computer that will work with Solidworks, or at least switch out your graphics card, if that's an option. See What specs do I need for a new computer to use SolidWorks?
I would start by going through the list of hardware requirements. SOLIDWORKS | Hardware & System Requirements | SOLIDWORKS
Then you know afterwards, which parts of the PC that isnt living up to the requirements.
But as Glenn Schroeder said, you will probably need to get some hardware updated for it to work.
