Just download the 1.7.5 Hypershot trial and play around it.
The rendering speed is amazing.

Above just preview image. not the final rendering.
The demo version is not allow to save the final render image.

Yeah, I just purchased the full version (SolidWorks edition), which is now at v1.85 I believe. Texture mapping and ability to apply images as decals is now supported. Impressive software, eh?

  It is very impressive, my hope is one day, maybe in 2011, PV360 can have equivalent capability like HS.

I'm totally over my head in work right now (to post individual items here), but you can see some of the things I've done as rendered with PhotoWorks through the link in my signature below. That's stuff's a bit out of date, but I'm waiting for several great projects to enter public disclosure before updating the site.
