Dear all,

As the title suggests, am trying to merge two lofted bends.

Can't loft to more than 2 profiles, so i began with 2 loft features.

As the part can be manufactured from one plate, i would like to merge the 2 bodies.

Along the (now) ripped edge from where the part begins a 10° slope downwards.

So that it will create a bend along the edge, with one flat pattern as a result.

I tried this through merge, combine and knit surface, but without any luck.

Is this possible?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've added the 2 lofted version of the part.
