This screwed our angle Bars. The weldment dimension given by the cultist is less or more to the dimension which is required. Did I make wrong when generating cultist? we already cut the bars only to find out that all was screwed. Can any one point me what is wrong

I did try to experiment and I found out that GROUPING the structure will result to in correct dimension which I think is useless but its true.
But by not using the GROUP which will make your history so long which I think still a useless but its true the dimension your cultist will show will be correct.
You still should be able to use group but I feel the issue is something different. I've a feeling that you're getting a combined length instead of individual length as you may be using the merge option. Can you attach your files to check/verify?

Hmm you're right Deepak Gupta when I uncheck all merge miter trimmed bodies everything go right I never encounter this in the previous release of solidworks. Thanks

SOLDIWORKS remembers this option (on/off) until you change it. So it means you might have checked it somehow and you're getting it checked.
Ahh wait a minute i remember now i did take the welment exam last week (thankfully i passed with flying color) and i remember there is one question that it say check the merge trimmed to get the total length.
