Ello all. Its been a while since i have posted. Just been busy with school, work and other things. I have finished the solidsworks class i was in over the summer with great results. Now i am in the CSWP class and going over some advanced assemblies.

I have ran into a small issue that works on some versions but i cant get it to work on 2017. The assembly is of a wooden box. very simple

1. I open up the main body and it snaps to the origin.

2. I rotate the camera around the backside, hit spacebar to see my views, i select an ISO of the rear.

3. Once my camera is positioned the way i like it, i use mates to mate the front, right, and top planes of the part and model space together using a relation.

4. Object is fully defined at this moment. I hit ctrl+7 and it rotates the camera back to the front. On version 2015, it locks the back view as my new front.

Is there something else that needs to be done on version 2017?
