Does anyone know of a way to change the layer for all dimensions that have already been created?

I know how to change the default layer for dimensions, however this does not apply retroactively to dimensions that already exist.

I can also highlight a section of dimensions and change them as a group but this still takes some time as it is not usually possible to grab all dimensions at once.
