In the contains tab of my drawings have an issue where a blue drawing is showing up in the contains tab of a different drawing of the same part. see the first picture

If i select any other configuration the blue linked document goes away. see picture below

Does anyone know why this is happening and if there is any settings i can change to correct this issue?

I tried this to test to see if this was the underlining issue but the blue item was still there

I am running PDM 18.3
