There are a couple of instances like this where Solidworks gets mad at what I'm doing, or doesn't like the process. Seeing as the shop floor is 30ft down the hall I'm well aware of what we can or cannot do, so in this case I would ignore the sketched bend and make a note on the drawing for my brake, stamping, etc. operator. If you are getting a part like this outsourced I would make the Solidworks "impossible" part with whatever tools necessary, possibly not as a true sheet metal part, and make annotations like crazy for the manufacturer.
After playing with your model a bit I also came up with a couple of thoughts. Cross Break, sheet metal feature may be what you're looking for. I am also trying to change the order of operations to make it Solidworks friendly I'll probably edit this and attach if I can get it to work.
edit: file attached also discovered I'm running a newer version of Solidworks So the actual file isn't going to help Russell Waseem. So instead I shall write my steps, I created a flat Base Flange of the section that you were trying to put the sketched bend on, then I made the Sketched Bend down the center of it, then I added the rest of the bends to the "bottom" of the part (.44 and .24 flanges). then added a flange with a limited length... removing the unnecessary cut and mirrored the flange across the part
To Make it on SW I think you couldn't, but on Logopress3 will be able....but last word has Dennis Bacon
