I am still using SW2014 SP5.
When I attempt to use the API help (the default online / live version) the response time can be seamless, but more often is measured in minutes and somewhat regularly errors with a message that the help server is not responding.
I am curious if other see anything similar? Is this API help in general; perhaps related to my aged version; or something specific to my installation? In general, we have a solid high-bandwidth internet connection.
