Avoid 0's before a decimal point in tolerances

As per ASME 14.5 an Inch system dimensioning does not put a '0' before a decimal point but even after setting up my solidworks document properties to use the IPS (Inch, Pound, Second) unit by default, SW keeps showing 0's before the decimal point in the tolerance dimensions. i.e I want dimensions to appear .500 +.001/-.001 not ".500 +0.001/-0.001". Any clue how I can rid off this issue?
