Hi,

I am trying to figure out how to create the curved edge of a propeller blade by using a projected curve. (This is more instructional for me, as I am trying to learn, and I think I am missing something fundamental about projected curves here.)  I am just trying to roughly approximate it, so it doesn't have to be exact.

I understand there are other ways to do this like using a helix curve or the flex tool, but I'd like to try to figure it out using with the projected curve.

My 2 sketches, used to make the projected curve, are on orthogonal planes, and I've made the sketches' endpoints coincident (I think) and the "span" of the sketches should be the equal.

A projected curve is created, but it is not as desired (as you will see). I think the problem is somehow related to the side sketch (sinusoidal shape).

I've attached the SW file and the propeller images, if needed. Please help. Thanks!
