please see attached drawing I am beginning in solidworks, very limited experience with sheet metal but am learning, all faces and walls are fine, my question is... how do I angle the sheet metal like the highlighted area shows? any help is appreciated

There's a great example of this on the Sheet Metal course, if you're new to sheet metal I would recommend you contact your VAR and try and book onto a course.
This is achievable by setting up the two flat plates opposite each other first.Then creating a plane across their bottom edges, as below.
You can then sketch a 3rd Base-Flange on that plane, and use two edge flanges either side to get the finished piece.
Be aware of creating interference, build in a clearance when designing the third piece, be careful of where you add material and place the bends.
At the end of the day there's going to be a couple different ways of doing it.
As Andreas suggested. Loft bend.
You can use Edge flange, takes a little more work.
Or use Lofted Bend.
Create 2 Sketches and connect, draw sharp edges only, use sheet metal tools for radius.
