Our ERP system (Factory Master) provides links from its own drawing register to the drawings within PDM's vault. These drawings in turn can be linked to stock parts, routes, job cards and the data capture terminals. However, this link will only work if the drawing is within the cache of PDM. This means that any number of drawings are not "available" unless each user uses PDM to get that drawing into the cache first.

Has anyone come up against this before and how did they resolve?
