Hi, I have 3 users who use Solidworks and their PC's can't update the software and I am wondering if it's the firewall blocking it.
I have attached a screenshot of the error it produces as soon as I tell it to search for an update. They are all using SW 2018 0.1 as it wont update to SP4.
Anyone else get this problem? Yes I know I can do it manually, but as the software has an auto update feature it would be good to get that working properly.
