I am setting up a truss static analysis, but I get an error when I try to Apply Material to the Study. It says "The parameter is incorrect" and the material window is blank. Any ideas?

I can't apply a material to my static truss analysis because I keep getting a parameter error. It says "The parameter is incorrect," then a blank Materials window appears. Is there a workaround to this?
