Hey all,
I am going to teach a SolidWorks class and I am looking for modeling resources. The book that was chosen for the class was not chosen by me, and there are no example problems for the students to complete after the lesson segments. It is not a fundamentals course, its an intermediate skills course at a college level. Does anyone know of any good examples? Ideally the students would be given a drawing with the intent to re-create the geometry in SolidWorks. Similar to what was assigned in this thread:
HHello, I am stuck with this sphere model, help is needed to model the internal of the Sphere
Thanks for any suggestions you can give!
Hi Aaron,
There is a vast amount of threads here that essentially contain issues. Is it not possible to simply adapt many of these to suit your/the curriculum? I come from the point of view that if you use a generic book chances are that the answers are now generic also. Whereby someone who is trying to accomplish something new and untested supplies a fresh challenge.
Dave.
