I don't use Driveworksxpress...However, I understand that it uses Excel rules for all of its rules and formulas.
So my first question is: Is it Are you sure that it is possible for BIN to evaluate as True?
Inside Excel, TRUE has a value of 1 while FALSE has a value of 0.
What if you changed True to 1 instead?
And yet another edit:
I wonder if the formula is case sensitive. Because a checkbox checked evaluates to TRUE not True.
And 3rd time is a charm:
I found this (I found it in the attached PDF File that I downloaded from here: http://www.javelin-tech.com/newsletter/tech_old/pdf/driveworks_lesson.pdf )

I tried all your ideas and none of them worked ... but thanks for your help !
Does it require IIF instead of IF?
I tried to use IIF instead of IF but it is still not working ...
So I have had a project with similar conditions. I know that when you're using Solidworks equations that Suppress evaluates to "1" and that Unsupress evaluates to "0". I haven't tried this yet on my project as I have been too busy to actually pre-prep my next files.
