Whenever I move my cursor around in SolidWorks 2018 I get this constant loading wheel next to it. Any ideas to what could be causing this? It slows down my thought process because I think something is loading but its not, it is more of a nuisance than an issue. It happens when I am trying to select/move over anything in the window.  Here is a gif of it happening:
