Can you people help me  this is a simple cap - I don't know what I am doing wrong.

I put a coordiate system where the center of the bend should be and adjusted the trim planes.

put 180° for the angle and it will show me the final geometry but tell me it has faults and I am not sure what is wrong with it.

Can you look at this?
