A project I've been working on suddenly developed the "Background render failed" error. Anyone aware of a fix?

I've tried restarting my computer, re-saving the project, and installing the newest recommended drivers (386.07, Quadro P1000).

Edit: If you start a new blank project, and re-import the model from your previous project it will work.
