The company I work for is rolling out new 2018 PDM software for multiple clients. I am having an issue with a select few, where when I get to the screen to select Microsoft Office Add-ins, the option is greyed out and I cannot select it. I am doing the exact same procedure for all installs. We are installing the PDM client software from a server share. I am running the .exe as admin. I select the Pro edition. It makes no difference if I select Editor, Contributor, or Viewer. So far, to the best of my memory, the issue has been on Windows 10 machines only. We run Office 365 on all client computers. I have made sure that Office, as well as Windows, are up to date. Any thoughts on what might be causing this issue?
