I have to create a Mold for the for this part. I watched tons of tutorials in youtube but still couldnt solve my Problem.
My first problem is Draft Analysis it shows yellow parts in weird places that i really dont understand.
My main Problem is creating a Parting Line. The upside of the Sample is not symetrical so i cant draw a straight line.
Can you help me?

first, you shouldn't be designing a mold if you don't understand draft. Second, it is very common in the real world to see complex parting lines that are not just straight symmetrical splits. The part itself requires changes before it would be acceptable for molding.
You are lacking draft entirely in some areas which can probably be negated but you also don't have adequate draft for slide-by shutoffs.
That being said, ruled surfaces are one of the best tools for creating parting surfaces. Also watch out for trouble areas like these:

I am pretty new at this. It is for my Bachelor Thesis. I have to create a Mold for this particular part and print it later with PolyJet 3D and use the Plastic Mold in Plastic Injection Machine. The design of the part doesnt belong to me so it kinda suprised me that it has some flaws ( thanks for pointing them out btw). I actually thought i understand the draft but when i was running draft analysis i didnt quite understand
the reason why i am getting yellow areas which are symmetrical to the green ones next to them.
Also thanks for your Parting Line Instructions i couldnt came up with the idea to drawing the parting line like you did especially the areas which i marked with red circle. I ll try to draw it myself i hope to achieve something similar like you did. If i cannot then i ll ask for help again
It's a learning curve to get the hang of creating a good parting surface. Make sure you select a neutral plane that is perpendicular to the direction of pull (mold open) for your draft analysis. set your value to something small (0.5 deg) to help identify the split locations. Anything less with show as yellow. Rather than "drawing" your parting line, use the ruled surfaces - sweep command. Just select a perpendicular plane for reference and select the edges you want to extrude out. (you can see how I did it by how the surface lines point in my original image.) Also research slide-by shutoff angles how to clearance them as you'll need to have proper draft to ensure your mold can open. Best of luck on your project!

I came up so far but i get the error : The surfaces cant join together ( I am using the german version so i dont know the exact error sentence in english) even though i checked the Option "Knit all surfaces" while i was working with "Parting Surfaces". I am not sure if the Mold i created was going to work but would be nice to create something after 3 days of watching YouTube Videos about SolidWorks
any suggestions here ?

Did you knit your parting surface beforehand? double check you have the correct number of surfaces in your core/cavity/parting surface folders. You can try making your bounding sketch smaller and move it around sections of the body and try to narrow the area of where the command fails. Otherwise you can Manually create the solid bodies by using your sketch to extrude a surface in one direction, selecting cap end and manually trimming/knitting it with the surround cavity/core surface. then use knit command and when you select everything you will see the option to "form solid"
You may have small gaps due to surface errors in your parting line. I would isolate the parting surface and compare it to the edges of the cavity&core surfaces to ensure there are no gaps. (you can do this by manually knitting the parting surface to one and then the other.
