Uh-oh, I really stepped in it this time. They want me to come up with a plan of action with a timeline with dates on how I will devise and implement updates and changes to the dft/eng dept. The last time I was the admin I was the only user so I just did what I felt was needed and it worked. I didn't have a plan much less one written down nor with a time line to it. It took about 6mos to implement what I thought was needed and a year to perfect it. Any suggestions and or help would be greatly appreciated.
