I need to perform a tolerance analysis on an assembly. It's hard to describe so I attached a section view. I need to make sure the pin can be fully retracted in the worst case. At the bottom of the section a cylinder is rotating in another cylinder. A pin, which looks like a bat is inserted in movable cylinder with a clearance fit. The other end of the "bat" fits inside of another pin which rocks back and forth sliding the horizontal pin. This horizontal pin cannot protrude past the inner diameter as shown in the worst case. It looks like I may have to run two tolanalyst's to solve this. Can anyone give advice on how to solve this?
