not sure if there is a way or not to do this but I have a set of brackets that will go 0-180 degrees apart but only in 15 degree increments, is there a way to set up the mates to do this or am I limited to just 0-180 and remembering the increments allowed?

You can create configurations of the angle. See attached video.
You can't make it jump by 15° degree increments as you drag one component. Depending on your needs, one option that might work for you would be to have multiple configurations, with a different value for a standard Angle Mate (in 15° increments) in each configuration instead of the Limit Mate.

That is what I figured, here is the file its a angle bracket for extruded channel, as they say it never hurts to ask...
