I design sheet metal parts most of the time. Often I have to do parts that have a mix of large radius (< 3in) and small radius (>0.5in). I cannot find a good way to close the corners on these parts. I've been trying to find a good way to do this for months with no luck. I end up having to convert to an .igs file, manipulate the part, and convert it back to sheet metal. I don't like this beaus I lose the design tree. I have tried flattening the part and adding an extruded boss or a tab, but then I lose the bend information. I can cut across a bend just fine but for some reason I can't add material and keep the bends. Their has to be an easy way to do this, I just can't find it.
