I see it was supposed to be released in July and I know the EV was release a couple weeks ago, but is there a new release date for 2018 SP4?

I agree, but my IT dept is lazy and I had to go thru hell and back to have them update me to SP3, but my graphics card had an out of date driver, so instead of just updating the driver, my 1-old man IT dept, decided that I needed a whole new computer, so when he did that, my driver is still out of date and he never re-installed SP 3, so I have been using SP0.1 since, because I didn't want to ask for SP3, thinking that SP4 was being released soon, because if I had them update SP3, then a month later 4.0 came out then it would've been another headache. So basically I have been waiting a long time for 4.0......Now do you guys feel my pain?

This is when it's nice to be a one man engineering / IT department. I take care of all of these things myself.
Yeah, that would never happen. I don't like my IT admin and he doesn't like me and my boss thinks I'm just complaining all the time, well neither one of them uses Solidworks or understands the importance of these service packs or out of date drivers.
Yet my boss wants me to get things done, but its hard when computer freezes/crashes, parts disappear or won't mate, etc, I could go on and on....you all know what I'm talking about. It just gets really old after a while. Having to deal with it daily.

@scott
Will it fix the issue with Revision Table Integration ?
Once 2018 SP04 is live, the "Fixed SPRs" page will be updated to reflect what's been resolved in this service pack. This page will allow you to view by product or filter by text, e.g. "revision," to see if your reported issue is fixed.
It does looks like several revision table fixes are noted in the 2018 SP04 EV release on that page already.
There could be a chance that you antivirus or windows has blocked that file. Just to avoid these kinds of issues I always unblock the files first as mentioned in this post Fixing SOLIDWORKS Blank Installation Manager Issue (do not worry due to the title of the post but follow the steps).
Reply back with the outcome.
I checked the sprs and the list seemed quite extensive and was pretty happy quite a few of the problems I have been having in 2018 should be fixed. Well so far so good I think it's been a week and I'm not seeing some problems anymore.
On the flip side I am more than a little disappointed. If I knew at 2018 sp2 I would have been having all the problems I have had well I would never have loaded it on until at least sp4. One of the SPR fixes related to save and relations broken has cost me serious amounts of down time and therefore money.
