I got old version of SW so I can't check. Try 359.9°
I tried this before. It did not work. I entered 360, 359, 180 and 10 degree.
Wow!!... This was a shot in the dark but seems to have solved the problem. Select Merge tangent faces on your sweep.
The Lpattern will fail but all you have to do is edit that (don't need to do anything else). Just click on the green check mark. Edit:.. Actually don't need to edit. just do a Ctrl+Q and that will fix everything.
It solves very quickly.

Just needed to rebuild (force rebuild) the Lpattern (or model).. I noticed that I didn't need to actually edit the Lpattern. They both accomplish the same thing.
