I am working on a making a drawing from an old drawing from the late 80's - early 90's and I came across something I have never seen before.

It has a radius called out for the tolerance!!!  Since I am making the drawing to the latest standards I believe all I really have to do is just double it and call it out as a diameter.  Any thoughts on why or why not this should be done?
