I am facing a peculiar problem. I can't sketch or make extrude boss while i chose to make it long such as 800 miter. I believe it's somewhere in the setting to make it OK, but I can't find it.
Can anybody help me?
The solidworks modelling environment is limited to a 1 kilometer cube centered on the origin. Your extrusion depth of 800m exceeds this boundary.
Can you Attach your *.sldprt file here?
What is it that you are designing? What is your Design Intent? How will the part be manufactured? Is it an assembly in the real world?
I believe that you might be running into the 1km limit - If you are sketching on one of the "main" planes, you will only be able to go .5km (500m) in each direction.
Try doing the 800m as a "mid-plane" extrusion.
EDIT: Just tested, I wasn't able to mid-plane extrude 800m . . . not sure why.
I even can't make it by solidworks default template. See the pic
I don't found option to upload .sldprt here

You must go midpoint in that sketch to stay within the bounding box.

You did not answer my questions.
Q1. What is your Design Intent?
Q2. How will it be manufactured?
Q3. Is it an assembly?
This will tell/show you how to attach files:
How can I attach a file to a forum post?
I don't have that option.

You didn't answer my other questions either?
I am new user here. I answered but I don't know why I can't see it now. Thanks for the answer.
See the response above from Todd Blacksher about the size limit. If you'll delete the relation indicated below and make the midpoint of the line coincident with the origin then you'll be able to apply the 800m dimension.
And see How can I attach a file to a forum post? for directions on posting a file, although we certainly don't need it to diagnose this issue.
